From making the initial enquiry to completing the job was two and a half hours, a really good service. It was great to find someone who was happy to come out at short notice for a small job. Would definitely recommend and use Daniel again.

Dan was good as is word and called me during the day as promised the previous day. Within 15 minutes he had identified the issue and called the plumber to explain what it was (the repair will require the latter for the work to be carried out). Dan explained the issue thoroughly and what our options were for the time being. He charged a reasonable amount for being called out.

Dan worked tirelessly to understand our complicated underfloor heating system and radiator system so that after our new boiler was fitted, mis-wiring was sorted out and we understood and can now manage our heating zones independently of each other (this was not possible before).
